A street like many others in America. People work, live, play, and don't fix their pets. Barely
noticed house cats breed, as do their offspring. A kind old man, with no pets of his own, feeds the
aftermath of a street's neglect of basic kindness and responsibility. But, many of the cats are
sick. The old man says he's buried 30 kittens or more. This is the result of unfixed breeding cats,
